When several minds and personalities work on a project together, wiser solutions develop faster.
You need to connect with 3-5 people in your Team that have value for you to leverage. We are here to partner with you giving you the benefit of learning while earning.
Learn by perfecting your listening skills during all 3-way calls and taking detailed notes. You will be referring to them.
It is your contact / lead / prospect, we are here as Team Support.
According to "Merriam Webster"
1: a line (as a rope) used for saving or preserving life: as a: a line along the outer edge of the deck of a boat or ship b: a line used to keep contact with a person (as a diver or astronaut) in a dangerous or potentially dangerous situation
2: something regarded as indispensable for the maintaining or protection of life
This is easily duplicatable. When you Sponsor a new Partner, you are responsible to introduce them through a 3-way call to someone that has been supporting you. That individual, in turn, will lifeline them to yet another Leader within the team.
These calls are less than 3 minutes in duration. You edify both parties; the needs of the new Partner and the experience of the more experienced Partner.
Both bring value to each other. They exchange contact information and you encourage them to fill in the blanks as they built their Lifelines. |
